Pre-Cooked Instant Wheat Starch Paste is a refined powder that produces a smooth paste suitable for bonding papers of medium to heavy weight for hinging or repair. Mix approximately one part powder with four parts water until smooth; no cooking required. Add more paste or water to achieve desired consistency.
