Operations Associate II

This team member will be responsible for running our file folder machine.
Position Basics
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $20-$24 per hour
- Payment frequency: Paid weekly
- Expected hours: 40 per week
- Schedule: 8 hour day shift, Monday through Friday
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate file folder machine for production runs
- Perform job changeovers, tooling adjustments and calibration
- Inspect product to ensure they meet quality standards
- Solve quality issues through machine calibration
- Support preventative maintenance and machine upkeep
- Maintain and adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain an organized and efficient work area
- Interpret work orders providing accurate counts
Experience:
2 or more years working in a manufacturing/production floor environment preferred
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
