Marketing/Web Analyst

It is an exciting time to join our team and work with great talent in our new and growing markets as a Marketing Analyst!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor marketing trends, analyze statistics, develop strategies for marketing campaigns and track campaign performance.
  • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, sales and web behavioral data. Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Test campaigns, analyze key metrics and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify website and customer experience issues and implement improvements.
  • Become a subject matter expert on all marketing systems and data. Help manage related projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve customer and prospect database.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and systems.

Experience:

  • 5 plus years in direct marketing, data analytics or related disciplines.
  • Web/data analysis experience required.
  • Google Analytics experience required.
  • HubSpot experience preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, computer science or equivalent field.
