Gaylord accepts all government credit cards either at the time of order or as payment on your account.

Credit Card Charges
We can immediately process credit card charges for product shipments at the request of the credit card holder. Please let us know at the time of order if there are special circumstances and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements.

Bill Credit Card Complete
We can provide a feature to bill your credit card complete so only one charge is applied to your credit card, even when there are multiple shipments on the order. This is done on an individual order basis by customer request and must be approved by Gaylord.

Order Acknowledgement
An order acknowledgement is automatically emailed to all customers having an email address on their account. Please confirm your email address when you place your order. An invoice can be faxed to the credit card holder on request.

Special Shipping
We will ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS whenever your order is within the limitations set by the US Postal Service.
Gaylord has extensive experience with shipments through DLA Facilities such as CCP Tracy, CA and CCP New Cumberland, PA. We supply shipping labels with Tracking Control Numbers (TCN) and destination information to all of our vendors for shipments to these facilities.

Order Review
All government orders are reviewed by one of our government representatives on a daily basis before they are released to ship. This helps to insure that your orders are entered and processed correctly before the material leaves our facility.
