Product Data Administrator

Gaylord Archival is seeking a Product Data Administrator to assist in the coordination, lifecycle management, and pricing of our ~10,000 product portfolio.

Successful Candidate Profile

  • Ability to manage and analyze large data sets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to enter data accurately and efficently

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the optimization of our product portfolio, including executing product updates and pricing
  • Maintain accurate product data in all systems of record, acts as a steward for standard and custom part changes
  • Participates in our new product development process
  • Assists with product marketing and merchandising tasks


Educational & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred in any discipline or equivalent of 3 to 5 years' experience in a professional office environment.

This is an hourly non-exempt position; the wage will range from $22.00 to $29.70 per hour.
