Construction & Materials:
Carrel is constructed from oak solids and premium oak veneers with a 1 1/4" thick high-pressure laminate surface. Unit is highly resistant to scrapes, stains and UV discoloration.
Generous work surface is edged with bevel-cut solid oak. A shelf sits 14" above the surface, providing room for additional storage of notepads, a book bag or reference materials. Posts measure 1 3/4"W with rounded corners for safety. Sides extend 6" past work surface to screen out distractions and offer patron privacy.
Includes adjustable leveling glides for uneven floors, wire access grommets at rear corners, and a J-channel under the work surface for wire management.
Optional Configurations:
Carrels are available as starters and adders, allowing unlimited configurations to meet space and seating requirements.
